The
AEG Powertools Darren Morgan Racing (DMR) will return to Sydney
Dragway this weekend (October 30-31), hoping to continue where
it left off at the recent Australian Nationals.
After emerging victorious at its last outing team driver, Darren
Morgan, enters the second ANDRA Pro Series round at the top of
the point standings, but with a field of nine Top Fuel cars
entered, Morgan knows it is going to be a tough battle.
"We are looking to maintain the consistency that took us to
victory at the Nationals,” team owner Darren Morgan said.
“The track conditions are looking very good and we are eager
to lay down some more strong numbers this weekend. The team is
really excited heading into this round and we are looking to
extend our championship lead.
“Winning the Nationals was a big boost for our championship
aspirations and a great win for AEG Powertools. We are looking
to further build on that success this weekend.”
